Wednesday Sailing Sessions

We will begin the Wednesday Sailing season from May 2011 at the Mount Batten Centre 5.45 pm for 6 pm on the water. Could we please pass on the following information to all club members

1. WOW charge £2.50 for all who go out on the water. This charge only covers a small part of the     cost of going out on the water and every pound goes back into the club to keep the sessions     going and to supply other activities through the year.

2. Could you phone the Mount Batten Centre 01752 404567 around 4 pm to confirm that sailing is     on. We will be running off the water activities when we cannot go sailing and more information     to follow.

3. Could you send a message to wowsailing@hotmail.co.uk and secretary@wowsailing.co.uk if     you are intend to sail by Monday before the Wednesday Session so that we can confirm that     we have enough craft to get everyone on the water.

4. We do sail in inclement weather and therefore if possible please do not wear jeans as when     wet they hold the water and the cold. The centre will provide waterproofs if you require them.

5. If you are going to be late, as we understand that the traffic sometimes is a problem, please     ring the centre and they will inform us that you are coming so that we can make arrangements     to get you out on the water.

6. If you can think of anything that you would like WOW to try or any ideas that you have then     please pass them on to the committee members.
